Will I receive a certification?
Upon successful completion, you’ll earn the Agilar certificate “OKR Foundations”, demonstrating your understanding of OKRs and how to work with them.
Who is this for?
Any Team Member or Organizational Leader interested in improving their team’s ability to focus on strategic goals and collaborate to deliver value. Typical participants in the program include Team Members, Team Leads, Project Managers, Agile Coaches, Change Leads, Tribe Leads, and Directors.
What will I learn?
You will understand how to write good objectives, define appropriate key results, and the routines you need to set in place to start using OKRs with your teams. You will also learn about how other companies are using OKRs, growing your understanding of the different ways of implementing them and your ability to design your own structure and processes based on your context and constraints.
What is the training format?
Live online or face-to-face, the training is available in a 4-hour or 8-hour format (can be delivered across multiple days). Typically delivered as an in-house workshop, the training is a great way to get a team aligned on how to use OKRs.
Are there pre-requisites for the training?
Not really. The training is very hands-on and suitable for participants with any level of knowledge regarding OKRs.
